How can you change where the "Documents" folder points to?

Currently this points to %systemDrive%\Users\%userName%
How can I change this to say:

f:\Users\%UserName% ?
 
I may be wrong - the My Documents folder is a system folder and location
cannot be changed. However it can be redirected - check help for "folder
redirection" - may be possible only within a network.
 
That was true in XP. It changed in Vista.
