How can you carry over incomplete appointments to the next day?

In my Outlook, I schedule all day appointments for phone calls, to dos, etc.
I would love to find out if you can get them to automatically move to the
next day unless you delete them.
Any suggestions?

Well, your to-dos should be tasks and they'll carry over. Calendar events,
however, won't.
