i have problem in unproper shutdown. After restart it ask
to autoscandisk. in that it gives 30sec to press any key
to avoid scandisk. so there i want to reduce time of 30sec
to 3sec.

_I_ did understand you well first time, but my hint seemed to be a bit
short. Here a more wordy answer:

chkntfs /?
