how can we change the folder icon in outlook2003 using shared add ins programming

how can we change the folder icon in outlook2003 using shared add ins
programming.......ie i want to change the conventional folder icon to
some other image like a paper, some symbols etc........
through the code...........
could anyone of you help me on that?
