How can user ConnMgrEstablishConnection in c#?

I want to connect to my network. (using c#, DllImport)
There are two kind of programming.
1. RAS API.
2. ConnMgrEstablishConnection API.

I know the RAS API .
But I don't know how to coding the ConnMgrEstablishConnection API.
Please give me your knowledge.
