how can send alarm bell to group of pc's on lan at schduled times

I'd like yo be able to send alarm (bell) signal at specific times to several
computers on a LAN using outlook. This will be to signal beginning/ending of
classes, so it would be a recurring theme. Can it be done?

Not an Outlook issue - look into Windows Scheduler in a Windows group for
your version of the Operating System.
