How can Outlook redirect messages instead of forwarding them.

I'm trying to have my email messages redirected instead of forwarding them.
This will make the redirected message look like the original recipient and
reply to the original sender. How do I do this?
 
Outlook doesn't support redirect but if you forward as attachment the
recipient can reply directly to the original sender.
