how can outlook 2003 calendar and 2003 be made compatible

i hve outlook 2003 at work and 200o at home and the caledndar reminders are
not compatible from 2003 to 2000. can this be fixed without upgrading at home
to 2003
 
what do you mean by 'not compatible'?

Do you have all of the updates installed on the 2000 system?
