I've created a 2nd Calendar in Outlook in order to use it to schedule meeting
bookings for a room near me. How do I allow others to access the Calander? I
can change the permissions for delegates, but they then can't find it when
they search for it.

Thanks for your help.

Move the calendar to the Exchange server. Others can only see the
Default calendar in your profile.

detailed answer.

Sounds like you need to talk to your Exchange server administrator. They
will need to set the permissions for access.

Secondary calendars in your mailbox can't be opened using File, Open, Other
users folders.... they need to add your mailbox to their profile instead.
(with proper permissions they will only see the calendar.)
