How can one refresh the windows in outlook?

I am having a nightmare trying to find the refresh icon as well as the icon
for attaching documents on Outlook 2007 in Vista, any substantial leads or
answers are to be rewarded with the equivalent value in karma during this
lifetime or in all future reincarnations of you may live...
