version of Windows are you using? Windows 98, 2000, XP? What version of IE6?
SP1 or SP2?
Please provide the information below for us. Just take them one at a time
and post your answer below each question.
What error message(s) are you getting if any? Please post the entire
message wording here for us.
What are you trying to do that does not work?
What happens when you do what you are trying to do when the computer stops
working?
Does it crash or freeze up?
What are your trying to print? A text file or a picture/graphic?
What happens when you try to print?
What email program are you using?
These answers will help us get a clearer picture of what is happening to
your computer. -)
