No, not every day. What I've done now is set the schedule for about 1:AM and
when I power up, I go ahead and run a quick scan. If I don't, even though it
is set for 1:AM, it will still run a scan, if/when it decides to, which it
shouldn't do that either. I haven't noticed the odd ball date and time since
I started doing that. I was using the anti-spyware (beta) before I upgraded
to this. Why isn't there an icon in the system tray? Why don't I ever see any
pop-ups for anything. I saw them all the time with the MS beta anti-spyware.

Do you see this every day?

There is only me and my 73 year old husband in this house. The PC is in
the
bedroom. My husband DOES NOT KNOW how to even turn the system on and
doesn't
want to. NO ONE HAS USED THIS MACHINE BUT ME-AT ANY TIME in the several
years
I have had a computer.

Have you considered the possibility someone in the family is using you
com
while you peacefully sleep?

I bring my system down and turn the power off every day. Today, I
noticed it
showed a full system scan at 12:18 AM on 2/27/06. How can it show a
scan has
been run when my system isn't even on???
