How can I Zip a media file?

I created a media file (MPEG) in Pinnacle Studio v8.6 but
I can't send it in e-mail. Can I zip it and if so, how?
Any other ideas?

Try win zip. if the media file is still to large for
email, then you could cut it into more sizable chuncks and
email via multiple chunks. You can also try and use a
different CODEC with the MPEG or try using a lower frame
rate. Hope this helps
