I want to view a database in different ways, e.g. customers who are classed
as priority 1, customers in a defined region of the country etc. I have a
set form to view the data fields in no mater what the query results are so do
I have to create an identical corresponding Form for each Query?
Seems a bit of a waste of effort? Surely I can just create one universal
form that fits any query I wish to view the data through?
I would really appreciate your kind assistance guys...

Turn your thinking around: use one form and one query, but *many
criteria*. A Parameter Query can allow you to flexibly apply criteria
to multiple fields.
