I used "md" or "copy" dos command at "Program Files"
but can't used this.....
how can I copy file and make folder at "Program Files" or "Windows\Download
Files" ???
I waiting for your reply...

Although posting 3 times in the space of 5 minutes is quite a few,
newsgroups don't always go as fast as you may think. Patience really is a
virtue.

Try condensing the first word to 6 letters then use the ~1.
So Program Files would become Progra~1
C:\Windows would be the same still, however folders with two words can be
condensed to 6 letters then a ~1.

Command Prompt sessions and batch files are limited by User Account
Control (UAC) just as regular applications are. Both of the file
system areas you mention cannot be written to with UAC enabled unless
you first right-click and "Run as Administrator" when launching the
Command Prompt.
