How can I use Outlook on multiple connections ?

I initially set up my Office Outlook on a dial up and have no problems using
it for E-mail. I hooked up at work into a Local Network and I have trouble
retrieving my mail. I can get online but, I have to go to my ISP home to
retrieve or send any mail. Help please because I'm new to this type of stuff.
I have made too many changes and read too many help topics. I have found all
unuseful.

nor does it have anything to do with reports!!

Please post in an Outlook newsgroup that relates to setting up email.
