How can I use a shared calendar as a default for multiple users?

I have two employees who need to share a calendar mostly on their smart
phones in order to stay in contact with one another...is there a way to set
up a share calendar as a default for them so that they may both veiw it but
still recieve their own emails?
 
No. Outlook allows only one possibility for a default Calendar folder: The Calendar folder in the user's mailbox or default .pst file.
