You'd uninstall Office pretty much as you would any other software:

Start, Control Panel
Doubleclick Add/Remove Programs
Locate Office 2003 in the list of installed programs, click to highlight it
then click the Uninstall/remove button.

I tried the same way, but it gave me an error message, something about having
wrong patch. So I couldn't uninstall it.
Do you know what to do then?

Hard to say. To start, can you give us the exact text of the error message?

Why do you want to uninstall Office 2003 Professional Edition? If one
of your Office 2003 programs isn't doing what you want, then
uninstalling and reinstalling probably won't fix the problem. If you
can tell us in detail what the problem is, someone might be able to tell
you how to fix it without uninstalling.

I posted my "uninstall question last night" but I found the answer by
surprise so I am presently uninstalling MS Office suites Trial from my laptop
until I purchase it in the near future. What I found was interesting? I had
to take my Windows Vista out of Classic View in the Control Panel and try the
uninstall..change..and repair prompts. Amazing! the following was
happening..If you have Windows Vista change it back from Classic View by
clicking on your Classic View to see only your Vista view...It should show
"Control Panel-Programs-Programs and Features" then you will see uninstall,
change a program, or repair...proceed from there...If this does not help then
please so as I will have to in case it still does not "uninstall" get a Tech
or someone who knows how to help from our discussion forum or contact
Microsoft Tech via chat or email.... :-)
