how do I get the audio off my clips that I want to edit and put together?

In Microsoft Windows Movie Maker2, you may turn off the audio by using the function 'mute'.

thank you very much!! I just bought a new cmptr from dell and I see I only have movie maker 1. I will download mm2 and go from there. I figured there would be a mute button somewhere and after looking for a way to do this for 2 hours. This forum definately saved me some grief.
