How can I transfer Outlook emails to my new computer?

I want to transfer my old emails and my address book from Outlook on my old computer (Win2K) to Outlook on my new computer (Win XP), but I have been unable to figure it out. Can you help? Thanks.
 
I had a similiar situation, and ended up downloading a program to do the conversion.

I was able to easily convert files from Outlook express ver5 to ver 6.
Many other conversions a possible with this program.
They want $45 if you register with them, but I got all I wanted with the free download.

I'm trying to move Outlook and all its folders from one computer to another, and outlook.pst is too large for me to move with my memory stick (it's 146 MB and my stick is only 128 MB). Do you think this program will work?
