How can I take an Excel list and mail merge it?

I have a client list in Excel; I want to be able to print
out labels and envelopes with the information from the
Excel spread sheet. How do I do that? Thanks
 
Probably get a better response by asking in the Office newsgroup.
include version and any particulars when you post.
