Of course they would. Please give enough information to that someone stands
a chance of helping you. State your Outlook version, the version and name
of the software you downloaded, exactly what you've done so far, and exactly
what error messages you receive and when.

I have installed Desktop Software 3.6.3.15 Multilingual (Prosumer)
from the website. I am following the instructions by going to Desktop
Manager, selecting Intellisync, you have the option to pick 'Address',
'Calander', 'Notes' etc. I have selected 'Address', then you have clicked
Choose button, a list of applications appears for you to choose which one you
want to sync to. When I choose MS Outlook the OK button greys out so I can't
select it.

Is there a setting in Outlook I need to make? I am running Outlook 2003
which I upgaded to because I was having the same problem with 2002 and could
not reinstall software.

Thanks

There is no setting in Outlook. Were I you, I'd be in the phone with the
vendor and wouldn't let them go until the issue was resolved. If they claim
it's suppsed to sync with Outlook, then they should be able to tell you how
and what may cause a failure to do so.
