how can I stop my inbox duplicating in my business contact manage.

My entire inbox is duplicated for every contact in business contact manager,
and not the emails specific to each contact
I cannot make out of office or read receipt functions work.
 
Have you tried searching through this newsgroup's archives?

I remember this question coming up before.
 
BCM sometimes suffers from what is known as a forms cache corruption
problem. This can cause the symptoms you are seeing. Try the following:

Tools, Options
Other tab.
Advanced Options button
Custom Forms
Manage Forms
Clear Cache
