How can I start up Linked Table Manager?

I follow HELP and go to Tools/AddIns, but there's nothing
there.... never mind a "Linked Table Manager" add in. Can
someone tell me what to do here?

Never mind. I found it in Tools/Database Utilities. It
looks like HELP wasn't updated between 97 and 2000.

Thanks anyway.
