How can I start taskmanager, minimized, automatically?

I like the little green icon that the taskmanager makes to see CPU load,
but I don't want to see it on the taskbar, just the systray, and I'd like
to start it at log on.

Any ideas besides just putting a shortcut in the startup folder?

To not to show it on the taskbar when minimized: Options > hide when minimized
Click to expand...

And to run it on startup, simply put a shortcut in your Startup folder
to "taskmgr" and select "minimized" for the type of window.

Thanks... but which options? I used to know how to do this through the
registry but I forgot.
 
Disregard, sorry, I remember now... that always happens like two seconds
AFTER I hit send. It's why I que e-mail at work instead of sending
immediately... brain to butt switch malfuntions. Thanks!
