how can I sort my existing contacts in last name, first name orde.

I can't find directions for sorting my existing contacts into Last Name,
First Name order. The new ones are fine, but I can't get my old ones to
change. Has anyone ever had this problem? What do I do about it?
 
I have the same problem and am using Outlook 2003.

What problem is that? If you noticed, a coherent question has not yet been
