How can I show both calendars by default, on Outlook 2003?

As subjected, I can set the 2 calendars side by side manually. I am
wondering if I can set it, so by default both will be show side by
side all the time?

There are my share (Oracle) calendar, and the local calendar, where
the share calendar is my default.

Share between Oracle and Outlook Calendar displays? I don't think that can
be done in Outlook, but I have no experience with Oracle.

No, not share, just have Oracle Calendar on one side and my local
calendar on the other. I can do so by going to Calendar, then click on
both calendar and calendar in personal folder. However, I can't set it
to do so by default, so I don't need to click it everytime.
