I am using Outlook 2003 with Windows Vista....

I currently have 12 personal contacts list. What I would like to do is be
able to combine specific contacts lists of my own into 1 list, the one
identified as Contacts. The reason for this is as follows. I have a PDA
that includes Pocket PC, and will only synchronize the contacts that are in
this specific folder.

Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

Thanks

Why wouldn't you just drag and drop these Contacts from their current folder
into your default folder?

As Previously stated in my original posting, I have 12 seperate sets of
contacts that I am attempting to merge. At the present I did simply drag and
drop them into the one.... the draw back is that if I make any updates, I
have to rememeber what was updated and go back tot he primary contac in its
individual list and update it once again. It make keeping my contacts
sepearted, updated and functional to my needs a little tricky and a little
more work that I would like....

Do you happen to have any other suggestions that maight help me with this
task.

Thanks for your help.

It would probably be better if you just clarified what you actually want to
do. At this point it is anyone's guess. If you copied the Contacts into your
default folder, then why are you still maintain the subfolders? What is it
that you need to do that you can't accomplish with categories?
