How can I share Entourage and Outook calendars simultaneously?

I work for a small company; we develop data and file management solutions
across both Win and Mac platforms. We want to share/view our Calendars
amongst ourselves, however some of us use Entourage and some use Outlook. Is
there a way to share calendars across both programs?
 
Only using an Exchange server.
