How can I share contact list with multiple users accounts.

I have 3 separate email accounts I use on my computer. The oldest account
has 100's of email addresses in its address book. The others have none. Is
there a way to share the same address book with the 2 newer email accounts?
If not, is there a way that I can get all the existing email addresses into
the newer accounts?
The help menu has not been very helpful. Thanks!

Clarify your question. Outlook does not use an address book. It uses
Contacts Folders which are in no way segregated by email accounts. Contacts
data is available to every email account you have in your Outlook profile.
What makes you think they are not?
In your post you mention email accounts. In your Subject you mention user
accounts. Are you confused, or just trying to confuse us?
 
Version is MS Outlook 2003. mouse over the book icon reads "address book".
new email draft, "to" field opens window "address book" with subtitle
"contacts". What makes me think they are not available is the blank list of
addresses in the address book. Somehow, there's no link among email account
profiles. Any change in any one account's address book is independent of the
others. The 2 new ones were both empty. Hope this makes sense. Any advise
would be appreciated. By the way, these are all pop 3 email accounts, not MS
exchange server accounts. maybe that's where the confusion lies.

It's Outlook 2003 and the accounts are pop 3 profiles (cox.net accounts).
They are completely functional, but the address book contact lists on the
newer ones are empty. Hope this helps narrow it down. Thanks!
 
Your description still does not make sense. If all 3 email accounts are in
the same Outlook profile, they will all use the same Contacts data. Contacts
data is not segregated by email account in any way.
I suspect you simply haven't configured your address book view correctly. No
question is answered more often than that one here:
