Can I setup Outlook 2003 to immediately post new messages without having to
clikc the SEND/RECEIVE tab in the toolbar? In my old Outlook express at home
and Outlook in my office, messages appeared on their own. I have full-time
broadband cable service.

Outlook already does this by default. Post your mail account type and
connection type specified for that account.

Perhaps you need to configure it to check the Server more frequently, i.e.
every 5 minutes. I forget which window this setting is on but I think it
relates to the dial-up modem settings.

Not a recommended setting, nor is it necessary.
