Hi,
I would like to set up Outlook so that every time I create a new meeting request, the location field defaults to my personal teleconference numbers (U.S. and international) and access code. Is there a way to do so?
Ideally, I would also be able to default the attendees, so my admin assistant gets notified when I send out the invite.
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
