how can I send a wma formatted song in email?

I am trying to copy and paste a song in my Windows Media Player library for
Windows XP. Any direction/assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

For the purposes of sending email attachments, a WMA file, is just a
file, and the process has nothing to do with WMP. Does your unspecified
email program have any means of adding attachments?
 
In addition to Mike's comments, I am assuming that you can and do send
attachments. But, most ISP's (Internet Service Providers) have a limit as to
the size of attachments to 2megs and most songs are 3 or more megs. If you
run into this problem you can do this.
