I have approx 1800 names & addresses in my Contacts. Most of these have more
than one address. When displayed I have an option of ticking the Mailing
Address. This is fine when doing a mail merge for a mailing. I am about to
use a new company for mailing. They need my Mailing List in an Excel format.
I know how to export to an Excel doc' but is does not let me chose the
mailing address. this means that I will have to sift through 1800 address
deleting as necessary. Does any kind soul know of a way round this? pretty
