How can I schedule an event for the fifth Sunday?

I have a couple Church meetings that meet regularly in an irregular pattern.
One is held on every fifth Sunday, another is held every Sunday except the
first Sunday, and another is held on every Sunday except the first and third
Sundays.
Anyone out there can figure this one out?
