I want to save a
webpage(http://www.botany.ut.ee/lectures/mukoloogia/1loeng2005.htm).

But after I have saved it(I've tried all types) I see a blank page or when I
open it with PowerPoint it says that my browser doesn't support frames. If I
save the page as .mht file it is about 64kb big and it opens as a blank page
and when I save it as any other type it is about 2kb big which is nonsense.

Help me to save the entire presentation so I could easily watch it with
PowerPoint!

It's probably not possible. This isn't a presentation, it's a collection of
about 65 individual HTML files contained in another file that includes the
"frameset" and others that supply the table of contents, the navigation bits at
the bottom and so forth.

Whoever created the presentation (on a Mac, it appears) could open it and save
as a PDF; you might ask them to do that for you.
