I have a site online and would like to be able to make changes to it
that, when I save, the changes will be made immediately to the site (not
having to publish again). Can anyone help me figure out how to do it?

Thanks!

Open your online web. Open the page. Make changes. File | Save. You're
done.
BTW, you can't publish a site to itself.

Open the live site in FrontPage (File, Open Site, http://www. .... ), open
the page, make a change and when you hit save it's immediately live.
