How can I save an individual photo from a Power-point slide show?

In PowerPoint 2002/XP and above, right click on the picture, click Save as
picture. (take note you will need to be in the editing/normal mode to do that)

Another way is to click File > Save as. Under save as type, look for webpage
(.htm or html). Click Ok. Look into the output folder for the picture.
