How can I retrieve old Calendar entries from Outlook?

Am using Office XP and am trying to review business dates I had back in 2002
and 2003. Almost all entries from that period are gone. I assume they've been
stored in an archive file somewhere, but I can't seem to access them. I did
find some sort of archive file, but was unable to open it.

What happened when you tried to open it?

This is essentially the same situation I report in my new post. In our case,
the old appointments (in Archive) are visible. My user just wants all those
appointments "merged" back into the main calendar, which apparantly means
doing a Move after selecting all appointments that are in the Archive
calendar. I just need to know exactly how one goes about doing those two
motions: select and Move.

Open the calendar from which you wish to move the old items in a table
view - categories works well for this. Select all (Ctrl+A), then right
click and drag the items to the preferred calendar. Release the mouse
button and select copy or move, as is your preference. I usually select
copy since I want to make sure all items moved correctly.

Hello Milly and Robert! Thanks for replying... I actually ended up figuring
it out on my own - I used the "import" function. Because I was unable to view
(open) the old calendar entries, I couldn't use the methos mentioned by
Milly, but again, thanks alll the same!

I feel really stupid. I am having the problem of getting a Table view and
therefore do not see the option to Select All or Ctrl+A. I have opened the
Data File and opened the Calendar but how do I get the Table view (or
Categories)?

Microsoft Outlook 2003 client
View | Arrange by | Categories
Sincerely, thank you all for all the help.
