Hi

I wonder how I can "copy" calendar information within an Outlook backup file and "paste" it to a calendar folder in a new Outlook Today.

I had troubles on my laptop and have reinstall XP and applications like Outlook. I can "copy" and "paste" contacts from the backup to the new. But for the calendar only thing I can do is to copy the whole calendar folder across, ending up with as "calendar1" folder sitting next to the new emply "calendar". This is OK, but a bit ugly and I am not sure whether date alerts would still work on the copied "calendar1"

If anybody knows how I should do clean recovery, please advise
Thanks for your support
Regards, Shuj

Copy the items, not the folder. The By Category table view is good for this.
