How can I remove Vista ?

I want to return to XP SP2 but at the console it ask to me my "presonnal
account" and I don't remember what was my logon on XP SP2
Is there someone to help me ?
s'cuse my US english langage but I m french and not very good in english !
I f U can write me in french it will be very well
