Go to the Windows Control Panel and choose "Program And Features". The
name varies from one version of Windows to the next. You want the
control panel app that lists all the programs on the computer and
allows you to uninstall programs. Find "Gestures" or whatever the
actual name of the program is in the list and click Uninstall. This
will remove the program. Restart the computer. No need to
uninstall/re-install Excel.
I once had a program like this. You move the mouse, say, in an "S"
shaped path and the file would be saved. Move it in a "C" shaped path
and it would close the file. It was really cool for about an hour and
then it lost its charm.
