How can I reinstall the Internet Explorer 5?

Hi,
I am having some trouble with my IE5, I can't sent any email at all, because
when I click "New message" button, the message body doesn't allow me to type
any words at all. I can't think of any way to fix it, can I ask how I can
reinstall the IE? Thanks

BTW: I'm using Win2000 Advance server

would be a better newsgroup for IE5.

What is the default mail program?
