how can i reinstall routing and remote access

ive got a problem with routing and remote access that it wont open my server
to configure it, ive tried adding and deleting it many times. tried the net
bios name, ip address etc.

so i was wondering how i can reinstall routing and remote access without
reformatting?

im now having the same problem with the wins snapin, its saying the network
path was not found.

what permissions and services and required?
