Hi Everyone
I have a problem i erase a email from my inbox, and also i
erased from the waistedbasket, can some one tell me how
can i recovered, my email.
Its Urgent Please

Unless you use MS Exchange as your mail server (and the mail admin
enabled the recover retention feature and you are trying to recover
before the expiration period), it's gone. After all, you went through a
2-step process to thoroughly delete the e-mail. You burned the document
and then you stirred the ashes. You ain't getting it back. I could
mention that you could recover your .pst file from backups, but I
suspect the look on your face would be similar to a deer froze by
headlights; if you had backups, you wouldn't be asking here.

When you delete items from your .pst file, they are actually not
physically deleted from the .pst file. They are only marked as deleted.
That is, they are still in the .pst file with a status of "deleted".
That's why you can delete lots of items but the size of your .pst file
doesn't go down. They get physically purged from the file when you (or
Outlook schedules a) compact of your .pst file. However, there are no
utilities for end-user extraction of delete-marked items from a .pst
file. You can do a Google search to find companies that can try to
recover delete-marked items from your .pst file, and you'll pay for that
service. However, if you have already compacted the file, they will no
longer be within the .pst file so they cannot be recovered.

If you deleted them from an Exchange mailbox you can
recover them from the Tools menu or ask your
administrator for a restore.

If you deleted them from a pst you can try to restore
your items by following a guide
which is on my site www.sparnaaij.net in the How To
section.

When you haven't closed and opened Outlook in between
you'll have the best results. If you have restarted
Outlook in between the results are unpredictable.

If the items aren't restored at the first attempt you
could try again and delete more or other characters at
the beginning but I don't think it will work.

Also the program SecureClean from
http://www.whitecanyon.com is said being able to do this
(haven't tested it myself yet.

The best way is to install the pst back-up add-in from
Microsoft or download my script from the download
section; preventing is better the curing.

Hope this helps!
