How can I recover an accidentally deleted distribution list ?

I am using Outlook 2003 but stand alone. I looked in the deleted folders but
there is nothing there. Can anybody help me? This is extremely important!
I pressed delete instead of remove and zip, the whole list is gone.

When you delete a DL, it goes to the Deleted Items Folder. If you deleted it
from there, then it is gone and must be restored from your most recent
backup.

If you do not have a backup you can try to restore the deleted items
in the pst:
