I have a number of new Epson printer ribbons which have been in store
for a good number of years, and they seem to have dried out.

How can I reactivate the ribbons?

I did hear many years ago that spraying them with WD40 helps, but is
there an easier way?

I have used WD-40 (only takes a few drops) with great success in reviving the
ribbons for old dot-matrix printers.

Open plastic casing, one squirt of WD40, replace top of casing, and you go for a
few hundred pages.
What can be easier?
If this is too hard, pay someone to do it for you!
