I am a teacher and want my young students to be able to type into a triangle
shape and have the words format to fit the triangle shape. Does anyone know
how to do that? (word 2003)
Thanks

There's no simple way. If you insert a triangle AutoShape from the
drawing toolbar and insert text into it, the text will occupy a
rectangle rather than following the outlines of the shape.

It is possible to use borderless triangle shapes with tight wrapping
to push text into the space between them. For a sample of this,
download http://jay-freedman.info/triangle_text.doc. I'm not sure this
technique is suitable for young students, though.
