I have a query that return results to an Access 2003 report. How do I publish
of
configure it to be displayed in Sharepoint Portal Services?

I would think that would be a question for a Sharepoint (whatever that is)
newsgroup. This newsgroup is to help build reports in Access. Sounds like
you already have that part under control.
