How can I print out rolodex cards from my contacts?

I just bought a rolodex card file because I thought I could print out my
contacts from outlook. Not having any luck.
 
What paper would you be using to print the information onto? If you use a
Card view of your Contacts folder, and then use the Card Style of printing,
you should be able to specify a custom print size...
